Somali Ministry of Defence ICT Systems Modernization
Developed a secure, encrypted communication platform for command and control. Built a custom intranet system for real-time data exchange and operational coordination. Integrated user authentication, access control, and audit logging for mili tary-grade security.
ESRC Knowledge Management & Digital Archive
Designed a centralized Knowledge Management System (KMS) to store, or ganize, and share research and policy data. Developed a secure digital archive to replace paper-based workflows. Enabled e-document management, analytics dashboards, and policy track ing.
SOMCAST ISP Business & Customer Management Software
Developed a custom ERP system for ISP operations, including: Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Billing & subscription management. Service monitoring & fault reporting. Integrated real-time dashboards for network performance and cus tomer satisfaction.
Villa Somalia (State House) Fiber Metro
Designed and deployed a secure metro fiber optic ring interlinking key government sites. Enhanced presidential communications, data security, and in ter-agency coordination. Delivered an encrypted communication backbone supporting sover eignty and defense modernization.
Dalkom – MoPT Federal Fiber Ring (World Bank Funded)
Connected 15 federal ministries with a secure high-capacity backbone. Strengthened digital governance, IT integration, and transparency. Provided a foundation for e-Government services.
DARE1 Terrestrial Fiber Extension
Extended DARE1 subsea capacity from the Aden Adde Airport landing station to Somtel HQ. Boosted Somalia’s global internet connectivity and reduced latency. Empowered Somtel engineers through training & capacity building
Somtel Metro Fiber Project
Designed and deployed 135 km of metro fiber interlinking branches, antennas, and enterprise clients. Improved service quality, reliability, and scalability. Prepared Somtel for 4G/5G expansion and smart services integration.
SOON ISP Metro Network
Designed and deployed a fiber optic metro backbone interconnecting SOON’s branches, antennas, and enterprise clients across major urban areas. Supported high-speed ISP services including IPTV, VoIP, and cloud host ing. Strengthened network resilience and service delivery with redundancy and scalability.
5. Dalkom – Airport & Mogadishu Metro Ring, Contractor: FONS
This network is designed to extend from Dalkom’s Cable Landing Station at Aden Abdulle International Airport, forming a metro ring around the airport compound, and expanding outward into the greater Mogadishu metropolitan area, connecting a range of high-priority and enterprise clients
